Good sleep in view of good health

On 20 March 2021 science awareness activities, a public awareness program on better sleep on better health was organized on the occasion of World Sleep Day, celebrated on 19 March every year, in which the people present how to get good sleep in view of good health Go about this, the public was informed about the diseases of insomnia etc. and ways to avoid them. It is worth mentioning here that nowadays mobile phones and more and more use of internet and drug addiction are taking the situation of stress and depression in people, due to which the disease called insomnia is increasing rapidly, in view of the above, keeping in mind the good health of the general public and to uncover the scientific facts related to sleep, good sleep good health program was organized in the adopted village "Dimoli" under MIET Meerut's Advanced India Scheme in which the village Residents showed interest in participating and pledged to strive towards improving their health
