“Respect and Encouragement Ceremony” was organized by Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM), Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India and MIET Incubation Form Meerut under Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission at Nauchandi Ground Patel Pavilion. The theme of which was "Organization to Prosperity". The program was inaugurated by Chief Guest, Rajendra Agrawal, Meerut Hapur Lok Sabha MP; Shashank Choudhary and ML Vyas, Chief Development Officer and Deputy Commissioner Self Employment by lighting the lamp. During this, 21 women of self-help groups were honored under the National Rural Livelihood Mission.

Rehan Ahmed, Manager, MIET Incubation said that the Incubation Forum has been given to the MIET Institute under the MSME and Start in UP run by the Central Government and the State Government. Through this, every kind of help is provided by the incubation forum to run any of its industries. Whatever helps Incubation Form does in making dreams come true, it does so for free. He said that there will be dreams, we will fulfill you, we will have to walk, we will show you the way, you will work hard, and we will give him the right direction and direction.
